Make room for a no

A conversation, a drink or a ticket does not create an obligation. Ask before touching, photographing or sharing someone’s contact details. Respect a refusal immediately.

Be honest about yourself

Attend only if you are single and meet the evening’s published age requirements. Bring a valid photo ID for age and identity checks at entry. We do not ask you to upload an ID document to this website.

Look after the room

Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, unwanted sexual attention, aggression and persistent unwanted contact are not acceptable. We may refuse entry or remove guests who disregard these rules, working with venue security when necessary.

Find a host

Speak to a LOT host or venue manager if you feel uncomfortable or need help leaving a situation. Our team will listen, take concerns seriously and help you find an appropriate next step. Hosting and ID checks cannot guarantee anyone’s behaviour.

Keep people’s privacy

Do not record or publish identifiable photographs of guests without their permission. Keep personal details shared in conversation private. The LOT guest list is never a public directory.

Choose your own evening

There is no pressure to drink, exchange numbers or pursue a connection. Food and drinks are purchased separately and the venue’s rules apply to their service.
